Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery

We only accept returns under the following situations:

1. Faulty item

2. Expired item

3. Wrong or missing item

⚠️ Please note: Minor cosmetic damages such as dented milk powder tins that do not affect the product’s safety, quality, or condition are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return

You need to do the following to file for a return:

1. Contact our customer service team

2. Take picture of what you received (the item and the packaging)

3. File for a return

4. All items, including the original packaging are required to be returned for us to process your request.
