Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery

We only accept returns under the following situations:

1. Defective or dented item

2. Leakage from bottle / tube

3. Wrong or missing item

4. Broken cap or seal

⚠️ Please note: Minor cosmetic damages such as dented milk powder tins that do not affect the product’s safety, quality, or condition are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Steps to Return:

  • Go to our Return Request Portal
  • Key in your Order ID and email address

2.Upload photo and video evidence
3. Write a short description of the issue
