Product description
A rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an important omega-6 fatty acid that can only be produced by the body in small amounts. Foods rich in GLA include flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Some people may not get enough GLA in their diet, therefore supplementation may be beneficial.

KEY INGREDIENTS
• Evening Primrose oil (EPO) 1g(1000mg) providing gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA) 100mg
• No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweetners.
DIRECTIONS
• Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules once a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
• Children 6-12 years: Take 1 to 2 capsules once a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
• Children 2-6 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
• Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
