Directions:
Adolescents 12-18 years: Take 2-3 capsules daily.
Adults 19-50 years: Take 2 capsules daily.
Adults 51+ years: Take 2-3 capsules daily.
Pregnant and breastfeeding woomen: Take 2-3 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
The vitamin D3 contained in BIO ISLAND Natural Milk Calcium Bone Health Capsules improves the absorption of calcium in the body and effectively reduces osteoporosis caused by the lack of calcium in the diet and the ineffective absorption of calcium. Each capsule contains vitamin K2 to fully combine the supplemented and absorbed calcium with the calcium contained in the human bones to increase bone density, strong support to lock the supplemented calcium, and avoid calcium loss.
